Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your holiday purchase. For all items purchased between November 1st and December 25th, we will accept returns or exchanges through January 31st of the following year, as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
