CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER

We always try to ship every order as soon as possible. For this reason, all items that ship within 2 business days can't be cancelled once the item(s) have been purchased. For all items that ship in 3 business days or more, we will gladly ATTEMPT to process the cancellation, provided the order hasn't yet entered the shipping process.

If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it can't be cancelled by you or by our Customer Care Center. However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy. Visit our Support Center for more information about our Return and Exchange Policy.
